The fact that AI was involved in researching, drafting, editing, translating, generating, or producing material does not transfer NRI Connect TV’s editorial responsibility to:

Advertiser indemnity obligations under applicable agreements apply to AI-generated advertising as well.

NO WARRANTY REGARDING AI COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

NRI Connect TV does not guarantee to advertisers, contributors, or users that every AI-generated output is independently copyrightable.

NRI Connect TV may instead rely on:

human authorship;
licenses;
contracts;
compilation rights;
trademark rights;
other legal protections.

SECURITY USES OF AI

NRI Connect TV may use automated systems for:

fraud detection;
cyber-security;
bot detection;
access control;
spam prevention.

Such systems may restrict legitimate users inadvertently.

NRI Connect TV reserves the right to manually override or investigate automated security decisions.

RETENTION OF AI-RELATED RECORDS

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
