NRI CONNECT TV

ADVERTISING & SPONSORSHIP POLICY

Effective Date: August 15, 2026
Last Updated: August 15, 2026

This Advertising & Sponsorship Policy (“Policy”) governs advertisements, sponsorships, branded content, paid partnerships, sponsored interviews, affiliate relationships, event sponsorships, promotional materials, and other commercial relationships involving NRICONNECTTV company doing business as NRI Connect TV (“NRI Connect TV,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This Policy applies to commercial content appearing through or associated with:

  • NRIConnectTV.com;
  • NRI Connect TV newsletters;
  • YouTube channels;
  • Facebook;
  • Instagram;
  • X;
  • LinkedIn;
  • WhatsApp;
  • podcasts;
  • livestreams;
  • events;
  • interviews;
  • mobile or digital products;
  • social-media channels;
  • other NRI Connect TV-operated platforms.

This Policy should be read together with our:

  • Terms of Service;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Editorial Policy;
  • Copyright Policy;
  • AI Content Policy;
  • Corrections Policy; and
  • any advertiser, sponsorship, insertion order, event, or campaign agreement entered into with NRI Connect TV.

Where a written advertising agreement conflicts with this general Policy, the specific written agreement will control to the extent legally permissible.

  1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

NRI Connect TV may accept advertising and sponsorship revenue to support its media operations.

Commercial relationships may include:

  • display advertisements;
  • video advertisements;
  • sponsored articles;
  • native advertising;
  • sponsored interviews;
  • sponsored podcasts;
  • social-media campaigns;
  • branded content;
  • sponsored newsletters;
  • event sponsorships;
  • affiliate links;
  • lead-generation arrangements;
  • promotional listings;
  • job postings;
  • business directory listings;
  • contests and giveaways;
  • other commercial partnerships.

Acceptance of advertising does not create editorial endorsement of an advertiser, its products, services, statements, personnel, or opinions unless NRI Connect TV expressly states otherwise.

  1. NRI CONNECT TV RETAINS COMPLETE ADVERTISING DISCRETION

NRI Connect TV reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to:

  • accept advertising;
  • reject advertising;
  • request modifications;
  • suspend campaigns;
  • remove advertisements;
  • decline renewals;
  • restrict placement;
  • change advertising formats;
  • change available inventory;
  • establish category restrictions;
  • establish pricing;
  • discontinue any advertising product.

Submission of advertising material does not obligate NRI Connect TV to publish or distribute it.

Acceptance of one advertisement does not require NRI Connect TV to accept another advertisement from the same advertiser or category.

  1. EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE

Advertising, sponsorship, and editorial operations are separate functions.

Advertisers and sponsors do not acquire a right to:

  • dictate independent editorial coverage;
  • suppress legitimate reporting;
  • approve unrelated editorial stories;
  • prevent criticism;
  • require favorable news treatment;
  • demand removal of independently reported articles;
  • control NRI Connect TV’s editorial opinions;
  • select unrelated headlines;
  • influence corrections decisions.

Payment to NRI Connect TV does not create immunity from legitimate editorial coverage.

NRI Connect TV reserves the right to report independently on an advertiser, sponsor, partner, executive, industry, or subject even while a commercial relationship exists.

  1. ADVERTISING MUST BE IDENTIFIABLE AS ADVERTISING

NRI Connect TV intends to distinguish paid commercial material from independent editorial content where required by law or necessary to prevent consumer confusion.

The FTC specifically warns that native advertising can be deceptive when consumers cannot reasonably recognize that the content is advertising. Disclosures should be clear and prominent and, where needed, may need to appear before or above a headline or even on the visual focal point itself. Federal Trade Commission

NRI Connect TV may use labels including:

Advertisement

Paid Advertisement

Sponsored

Sponsored Content

Paid Partnership

Promoted

Presented by [Sponsor Name]

Sponsored Interview

Paid Promotional Content

The exact disclosure may depend on:

  • platform;
  • format;
  • campaign;
  • applicable law;
  • contractual requirements.
  1. NATIVE ADVERTISING

“Native advertising” means paid advertising designed to resemble surrounding editorial or platform content.

Native advertising may include:

  • sponsored articles;
  • branded videos;
  • sponsored explainers;
  • sponsored interviews;
  • advertorials;
  • branded social posts.

NRI Connect TV will endeavor to label native advertising appropriately.

The advertiser acknowledges that NRI Connect TV may place disclosures prominently enough to make the commercial relationship reasonably apparent.

Advertisers may not require NRI Connect TV to remove, conceal, minimize, obscure, or disguise legally necessary advertising disclosures.

  1. SPONSORED ARTICLES

NRI Connect TV may produce sponsored articles for advertisers or sponsors.

Such articles may include:

  • company profiles;
  • educational articles;
  • service explanations;
  • business features;
  • promotional interviews;
  • sponsored community content.

Sponsored articles may be labeled:

Sponsored Content

or another appropriate disclosure.

  1. SPONSORED INTERVIEWS AND PODCASTS

NRI Connect TV may conduct paid or sponsored interviews involving:

  • attorneys;
  • immigration professionals;
  • CPAs;
  • financial advisers;
  • insurance professionals;
  • healthcare professionals;
  • real-estate professionals;
  • universities;
  • businesses;
  • entrepreneurs;
  • community organizations;
  • other professionals.

Where compensation or another material benefit is provided in connection with the appearance, NRI Connect TV may disclose the relationship.

  1. SPONSORSHIP DOES NOT GUARANTEE ENDORSEMENT

Unless expressly agreed in writing, sponsorship does not mean:

  • NRI Connect TV endorses the advertiser;
  • NRI Connect TV verifies every claim;
  • NRI Connect TV recommends the advertiser;
  • NRI Connect TV guarantees professional competence;
  • NRI Connect TV guarantees results;
  • NRI Connect TV assumes responsibility for the advertiser’s services.

Viewers and readers remain responsible for independently evaluating advertisers and professionals.

  1. ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CLAIMS

The advertiser is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, substantiation, and completeness of all advertising claims it supplies or approves.

FTC advertising principles require express and implied objective claims to have adequate substantiation before dissemination. Federal Trade Commission

The advertiser represents and warrants that all claims made in its advertising:

  • are truthful;
  • are not deceptive;
  • are not misleading;
  • are adequately substantiated;
  • comply with applicable law;
  • do not omit information necessary to prevent deception.
  1. NRI CONNECT TV DOES NOT INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY EVERY ADVERTISING CLAIM

NRI Connect TV may review advertisements for compliance and editorial suitability but is not obligated to independently investigate or scientifically verify every advertiser claim.

The advertiser remains primarily responsible for:

  • substantiation;
  • disclosures;
  • licensing;
  • regulatory compliance;
  • product claims;
  • professional claims;
  • pricing;
  • warranties.

NRI Connect TV’s acceptance of an advertisement is not an approval of its legal compliance.

  1. RIGHT TO REQUEST SUBSTANTIATION

NRI Connect TV may require an advertiser to provide supporting documentation for claims involving:

  • health benefits;
  • financial returns;
  • investment performance;
  • immigration success;
  • legal outcomes;
  • tax savings;
  • insurance benefits;
  • educational outcomes;
  • product effectiveness;
  • professional credentials.

Failure to provide satisfactory substantiation may result in:

  • rejection;
  • suspension;
  • modification;
  • removal.
  1. PROFESSIONAL LICENSING

Advertisers operating in regulated professions represent and warrant that they hold all licenses, registrations, certifications, and permissions required by applicable law.

This includes:

  • attorneys;
  • financial advisers;
  • investment professionals;
  • insurance agents;
  • mortgage professionals;
  • healthcare professionals;
  • real-estate professionals;
  • accountants;
  • tax professionals.

NRI Connect TV may request verification but is not obligated to independently monitor continuing licensure.

  1. ATTORNEY ADVERTISING

Attorneys and law firms are solely responsible for complying with:

  • applicable state bar rules;
  • attorney advertising requirements;
  • solicitation restrictions;
  • disclaimer requirements;
  • jurisdictional limitations.

NRI Connect TV does not provide legal advice regarding whether an attorney advertisement complies with professional conduct rules.

Any required attorney disclaimer must be supplied by the advertiser unless otherwise agreed.

  1. IMMIGRATION SERVICES ADVERTISING

Advertisers offering immigration-related services must accurately identify their qualifications.

An advertiser may not misleadingly represent itself as:

  • an attorney;
  • government agency;
  • USCIS representative;
  • accredited representative;
  • licensed professional

when it is not legally entitled to do so.

  1. TAX AND FINANCIAL ADVERTISING

Advertisers offering:

  • investment products;
  • financial planning;
  • securities;
  • retirement services;
  • tax services;
  • insurance;
  • lending;
  • cryptocurrency;
  • financial products

remain solely responsible for complying with applicable regulatory requirements.

NRI Connect TV may require appropriate disclaimers.

Advertisements should not make unsupported claims such as:

  • guaranteed investment returns;
  • guaranteed tax reductions;
  • risk-free profits;
  • guaranteed financial outcomes.
  1. HEALTH ADVERTISING

Health-related advertisers are responsible for claims concerning:

  • medical services;
  • supplements;
  • treatments;
  • wellness programs;
  • pharmaceuticals;
  • devices.

NRI Connect TV may reject claims it reasonably considers unsupported, misleading, unsafe, or legally problematic.

  1. ENDORSEMENTS AND TESTIMONIALS

Any endorsement or testimonial used in advertising must be truthful and not misleading.

The FTC states that endorsements must reflect honest opinions or experiences and that material relationships affecting credibility should be disclosed. Federal Trade Commission

Advertisers represent that:

  • testimonials are genuine;
  • endorsers authorized their use;
  • material connections are appropriately disclosed;
  • results shown are not misleading.
  1. MATERIAL CONNECTIONS

A “material connection” can include:

  • payment;
  • free services;
  • free products;
  • discounts;
  • travel;
  • gifts;
  • employment;
  • family relationships;
  • equity interests;
  • referral compensation.

Where disclosure is legally necessary, the advertiser agrees that NRI Connect TV may disclose the connection.

  1. INFLUENCERS AND CREATORS

Where creators or influencers promote an advertiser through NRI Connect TV, both the advertiser and creator remain responsible for applicable endorsement disclosure requirements.

NRI Connect TV may require disclosures including:

  • #Ad;
  • Sponsored;
  • Paid Partnership;
  • other appropriate language.
  1. AFFILIATE LINKS

NRI Connect TV may earn commissions from affiliate relationships.

When appropriate, NRI Connect TV may disclose:

NRI Connect TV may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through links in this article.

Affiliate relationships do not guarantee favorable editorial coverage.

  1. EVENT SPONSORSHIPS

NRI Connect TV may accept sponsorships for:

  • conferences;
  • cultural events;
  • webinars;
  • community events;
  • educational sessions;
  • podcasts;
  • livestreams;
  • networking events.

Sponsorship benefits may include:

  • logo placement;
  • banners;
  • booths;
  • mentions;
  • social-media promotion;
  • speaking opportunities;
  • branded segments.

Specific benefits depend on the applicable sponsorship agreement.

  1. EVENT SAFETY AND LIABILITY

Sponsors and vendors participating in events remain responsible for:

  • their personnel;
  • products;
  • booths;
  • equipment;
  • insurance;
  • permits;
  • conduct;
  • legal compliance.

NRI Connect TV may require certificates of insurance or additional insured status where appropriate.

  1. SPONSORSHIP DOES NOT CREATE PARTNERSHIP

Unless expressly documented in a separate written agreement, advertising or sponsorship does not create:

  • partnership;
  • joint venture;
  • agency;
  • fiduciary relationship;
  • employment relationship;
  • franchise relationship.

Neither party may bind the other.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Advertisers grant NRI Connect TV a non-exclusive license to use advertising materials they provide, including:

  • trademarks;
  • logos;
  • photographs;
  • video;
  • graphics;
  • copy;
  • audio.

The license applies only as reasonably necessary to:

  • produce;
  • publish;
  • distribute;
  • promote;
  • archive

the advertising campaign.

  1. ADVERTISER WARRANTY OF RIGHTS

The advertiser represents and warrants that it has all rights necessary for materials supplied to NRI Connect TV.

The advertiser must not provide:

  • unlicensed photographs;
  • copyrighted music without permission;
  • unauthorized video;
  • infringing graphics;
  • improperly used trademarks;
  • unauthorized testimonials.
  1. INDEMNIFICATION BY ADVERTISERS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:

NRICONNECTTV LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, volunteers, affiliates, agents, and representatives

from claims arising from or related to:

  • advertising content supplied or approved by advertiser;
  • false or misleading claims;
  • copyright infringement;
  • trademark infringement;
  • publicity-right violations;
  • privacy violations;
  • regulatory violations;
  • licensing violations;
  • professional misconduct;
  • advertiser products or services;
  • advertiser negligence or intentional misconduct.

This provision should also appear in your individual advertising contracts.

  1. NRI CONNECT TV-CREATED ADVERTISING

Where NRI Connect TV creates advertising material for an advertiser, the advertiser must review and approve factual claims before publication.

Advertiser approval constitutes confirmation that:

  • business information is accurate;
  • offers are accurate;
  • claims are supported;
  • required disclosures have been provided.
  1. FINAL EDITORIAL AND PRODUCTION CONTROL

NRI Connect TV retains control over:

  • placement;
  • formatting;
  • typography;
  • headlines;
  • technical specifications;
  • duration;
  • publishing schedule;
  • platform adaptation;
  • disclosure labels.

Reasonable sponsor approval rights may be provided contractually for sponsor-specific factual information.

  1. MODIFICATIONS AFTER ACCEPTANCE

NRI Connect TV may request changes after initially accepting an advertisement if:

  • legal concerns arise;
  • platform requirements change;
  • facts change;
  • complaints are received;
  • regulatory guidance changes;
  • disclosure requirements change.
  1. RIGHT TO REMOVE ADVERTISING IMMEDIATELY

NRI Connect TV may remove or suspend advertising immediately when it reasonably believes:

  • the advertisement violates law;
  • a regulatory concern exists;
  • intellectual-property rights may be infringed;
  • the advertiser made a material misrepresentation;
  • continued publication creates reputational risk;
  • payment is overdue;
  • the advertisement violates platform policies;
  • circumstances materially changed.

Where removal is legally justified by advertiser misconduct, NRI Connect TV may decline refunds to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement.

  1. COMPETITOR ADVERTISING

NRI Connect TV may accept advertising from competing businesses.

An advertiser does not receive exclusivity unless a written agreement expressly provides exclusivity.

NRI Connect TV may display competing advertisements:

  • on the same website;
  • in the same category;
  • during the same period;
  • potentially adjacent to each other.
  1. CATEGORY EXCLUSIVITY

If exclusivity is purchased, it applies only according to the written agreement, including:

  • specified category;
  • geography;
  • platform;
  • period.

No broader exclusivity is implied.

  1. PLACEMENT IS NOT GUARANTEED

Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, NRI Connect TV does not guarantee:

  • exact article placement;
  • exact page position;
  • exact social-feed position;
  • exact ad adjacency;
  • search ranking;
  • algorithmic distribution;
  • homepage duration.

Platforms may independently control delivery.

  1. AUDIENCE AND PERFORMANCE ESTIMATES

Audience statistics, impressions, reach, clicks, views, engagement, demographics, and forecasts may be estimates.

NRI Connect TV does not guarantee:

  • impressions;
  • leads;
  • conversions;
  • revenue;
  • sales;
  • followers;
  • subscribers;
  • engagement.

Unless a written agreement expressly guarantees a metric, all performance projections are estimates only.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

Advertising may be distributed through independent services such as:

  • YouTube;
  • Facebook;
  • Instagram;
  • X;
  • LinkedIn;
  • Google.

Those platforms control their own:

  • algorithms;
  • policies;
  • availability;
  • moderation;
  • advertising systems.

NRI Connect TV is not responsible for independent platform outages, restrictions, account changes, or algorithmic results.

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

NRI Connect TV may require:

  • full payment in advance;
  • deposit;
  • milestone payments;
  • automatic payment;
  • other mutually agreed terms.
  1. NONREFUNDABLE FEES

To the extent permitted by law and specified in the applicable agreement, fees may become nonrefundable once:

  • production begins;

  • sponsored content production begins.
  1. LATE PAYMENTS

NRI Connect TV may:

  • suspend campaigns;
  • withhold publication;
  • terminate advertising;
  • seek collection costs;
  • charge legally permitted late fees

for overdue amounts where authorized by agreement and law.

Quoted prices may exclude:

  • sales tax;
  • transaction taxes;
  • government charges;
  • similar assessments.
  1. CANCELLATION

Cancellation terms may vary by campaign.

A cancellation does not automatically entitle an advertiser to a full refund, particularly where:

  • production occurred;
  • inventory was reserved;
  • third-party expenses were incurred.

Specific cancellation rights should be contained in the applicable written agreement.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

NRI Connect TV will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including:

If accepted, political advertising may be subject to:

  • federal law;
  • state law;
  • platform requirements;
  • disclosure rules;
  • recordkeeping requirements.

NRI Connect TV may choose not to accept political advertisements.

  1. RELIGIOUS ADVERTISING

NRI Connect TV may accept community or religious event advertising while retaining discretion to reject:

  • discriminatory material;
  • attacks on other faiths;
  • unlawful advocacy;
  • content inconsistent with our standards.

Acceptance does not mean endorsement.

  1. CHILD-DIRECTED ADVERTISING

Advertising associated with children’s programming may be subject to additional legal and platform restrictions.

NRI Connect TV may impose stricter advertising standards where content is directed toward children.

  1. PRIVACY AND LEAD GENERATION

Advertisers receiving customer information through NRI Connect TV must use that information only as legally permitted.

Advertisers remain independently responsible for:

  • privacy notices;
  • marketing consent;
  • telephone marketing laws;
  • email marketing laws;
  • data security;
  • applicable state privacy statutes.
  1. NRI CONNECT TV DOES NOT SELL SPONSORSHIP ACCESS TO PRIVATE DATA BY DEFAULT

Payment for sponsorship does not automatically entitle advertisers to:

  • NRI Connect TV customer lists;
  • subscriber databases;
  • private email addresses;
  • private phone numbers;
  • confidential user data.

Any data-sharing arrangement must comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY

Commercial pricing, proposals, campaign plans, unpublished materials, and other confidential information may be protected under separate agreements or circumstances.

Advertisers may not publicly disclose NRI Connect TV confidential business information without authorization.

  1. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF SPONSORSHIP

NRI Connect TV may identify advertisers or sponsors publicly where reasonably necessary to disclose the commercial relationship.

Unless otherwise agreed, advertiser approval is not required merely to accurately disclose that the advertiser sponsored content.

  1. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUED RELATIONSHIP

Acceptance of one campaign does not create a right to:

  • renew;
  • continue;
  • receive the same pricing;
  • obtain the same placement;
  • retain exclusivity.
  1. TERMINATION FOR REPUTATIONAL RISK

NRI Connect TV may terminate a sponsorship or advertising relationship where continuing it could reasonably expose the Company to material:

  • legal risk;
  • safety risk;
  • reputational harm;
  • regulatory concern.

This right should be reflected in individual sponsorship agreements.

  1. ADVERTISER MISCONDUCT

NRI Connect TV may terminate immediately if the advertiser is reasonably believed to be involved in:

NRI Connect TV is not required to wait for a final judicial determination before protecting its brand, subject to contractual obligations and applicable law.

  1. INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION

NRI Connect TV may conduct reasonable diligence before or during a relationship.

This may include reviewing:

  • licenses;
  • public disciplinary records;
  • business registrations;
  • online reputation;
  • public regulatory actions.

Such review does not create a duty to discover every issue.

  1. NO FIDUCIARY DUTY

Advertising and sponsorship relationships are ordinary commercial arrangements.

NRI Connect TV does not undertake fiduciary duties to advertisers unless expressly required by law.

  1. LIMITATION OF NRI CONNECT TV LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to the applicable advertising agreement, NRI Connect TV should not be liable for:

A specific advertising contract may set a liability cap.

  1. NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither NRI Connect TV nor its representatives will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from advertising services.

  1. ADVERTISER INDEMNIFICATION SURVIVES TERMINATION

Advertiser obligations concerning:

  • intellectual property;
  • advertising claims;
  • privacy;
  • indemnity;
  • payment;
  • confidentiality

survive expiration or termination where appropriate.

  1. RECORD RETENTION

NRI Connect TV may retain:

  • contracts;
  • emails;
  • approvals;
  • advertiser-submitted claims;
  • creative materials;
  • invoices;
  • disclosures;
  • performance reports

for legal, accounting, compliance, and business purposes.

  1. COMPLAINTS ABOUT ADVERTISEMENTS

Consumers may report concerns regarding advertising to:

advertising@nriconnecttv.com

Submission of a complaint does not obligate NRI Connect TV to remove the advertisement.

NRI Connect TV may investigate and take action it considers appropriate.

  1. ADVERTISING ERRORS

If NRI Connect TV makes a material error in an advertisement for which it is directly responsible, an appropriate remedy may include:

  • correction;

  • partial credit;
  • refund where contractually required.

Unless law requires otherwise, NRI Connect TV is not obligated to provide a remedy exceeding the value of the affected advertising.

  1. ADVERTISER-SUPPLIED ERRORS

  • spelling;
  • pricing;
  • dates;
  • contact information;
  • disclosures;
  • claims.
  1. PUBLICATION APPROVAL

Where NRI Connect TV provides a proof, advertiser approval may constitute authorization to publish.

Failure to timely review may permit NRI Connect TV to rely on the previously approved version depending on the campaign agreement.

  1. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN ADVERTISING

NRI Connect TV may use AI-assisted tools in producing advertising for:

  • graphics;
  • editing;
  • transcription;
  • copy development;

Advertising containing third-party intellectual property may be removed if a credible infringement claim is received.

Removal does not constitute an admission by NRI Connect TV.

Advertisers remain responsible for defending claims arising from materials they supplied.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

Unless another written agreement provides otherwise, this Policy and related advertising relationships shall be governed by the laws of United States, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory laws that cannot legally be waived.

  1. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

NRI Connect TV expressly reserves all rights, defenses, remedies, editorial privileges, contractual rights, and protections available under applicable law.
